Our intrepid Year 4 children and their teachers ventured to Grosvenor Hall in Ashford last Monday, for their very first residential trip! Every child put their Super Hoot Learning Powers to the test during their stay. They showed great bravery during the ‘High-Equilibrium’ and ‘Leap of Faith’ climbing activities and used their excellent collaboration skills to complete the bridge crossing challenge.
The children’s initiative was ignited for the den building and scavenger hunt sessions, and not forgetting their newly acquired bed making skills! It is safe to say the trip was an enormous success, with everyone trying and learning something new! Even Mr Webb and Mr Watkins enjoyed a competitive game of ‘Aeroball’ on the trampolines! Well done, Year 4, you were fantastic!
