An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. The Library celebrated World Book Day with lots of competitions and prizes. The book tombola with 50 new books to be won was popular with our pupils who proved to be very discerning when choosing their book prize from the display.
Junior pupils were also very busy, scurrying around the Library to find the 20 answers to the Literary Quiz. We have already seen some excellent entries for the bookmark competition and the winners will be announced before the end of the term. Happy reading everyone!
