An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. This Year’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition was a hard fought contest, both in Junior and Senior categories. After some very close voting, Eve G’s puffins won the Junior prize, with the Senior award going to Charlotte S. All the photos entered in the competition are currently on display in the Coles Building, as well as having been shared on Twitter (@SVSPrep). A number of the photos were given Highly Commended status; the overall quality of this year’s entries was outstanding and any number of the photos would grace the pages of the National Geographic!
