The Sports department has created the Sutton Valence Interactive Fitness (SV I-Fit) programme for our pupils, which provides them with opportunities to carry out athletic conditioning and sports skills sessions to improve physical fitness, health and wellbeing whilst we are away from School.
The SV I-Fit Virtual Lessons take place during all scheduled Games or Physical Education lessons and are accompanied by an SV I-Fit Lent Term workbook that allows pupils to record, monitor and track their own personal programmes.
In addition to the SV I-Fit Virtual Lessons, further opportunities for our pupils to develop in the areas of fitness, fundamental movement, wellbeing, nutrition, hydration, sleep guidance, technical sporting skills and tactical sporting intelligence, exist through the resources below. These resources have been sent to all pupils. Developing Physical Literacy for injury reduction and optimal performance booklet; SV I-Fit Athlete Checklist Challenge (weekly); SV I-Fit Running Club; SV I-Fit Cycling Club.
Parents, guardians and staff are warmly encouraged to participate in the SV I-Fit Lent Term programme and we hope to see you virtually on the SV I-Fit Running or Cycling Club very soon!
