The Chair of Governors and the Headmaster warmly invite parents and family members to the Senior School’s Speech Day on Saturday 10th July 2021.

For all students, including The Juniors, registration will be at 10.45am. School transport will operate (for pupils only) both before and after the service with arrival and departure times scheduled to fit around these arrangements. Details of the specific itineraries will be published nearer the time. We would ask that all guests are seated in the Sydney Wooderson Sports Centre at 11.15am for the start of the Prize Giving ceremony at 11.30am. Please note that there is no reserved seating within the Sports Centre. Once the Prize Giving is complete, an informal lunch will be served on Prefects’ Lawn.

We are delighted to announce that our Guest of Honour this year will be Mrs Jude Kelly CBE. Mrs Kelly is a theatre director and producer, who was the artistic director of the Southbank Centre from 2006 until 2018. She is also the founder and director of the WOW Foundation, which organises the annual Women of the World Festival.

This year’s event will have added significance as it will be the final Speech Day for the Headmaster, Mr Bruce Grindlay. We do hope you will be able to join us as we collectively bid him farewell ahead of his move to Rugby School Thailand. To register your places, please click here.
