Following on from his first Sailing race last week, Edward Smith (Third Form) took part in the KSSA Topper Race at The King’s School, Canterbury on Saturday.

This is team tracing for mainly school teams, including Sevenoaks School and The King’s School, Canterbury and consisted of eight teams taking part in 42 races plus the semi-final and final. 
Edward won six races throughout the day and came second once. The team beat Sevenoaks in the semi-final and went on to reign victorious against The Downs, Deal in the final. The win now puts them forward for a National event.
This is a great achievement by the team and some fantastic sailing by Ed – congratulations!
