Year 3’s colourful compositions radiate happiness! They have created Happy Sunshine artworks that warmly combine mixed media and a variety of cutting and drawing skills.

Applying collage techniques and using pastels, coloured pencils and felt tips to experiment and make different marks and textures, Year 3 have embraced their creativity with sunny dispositions! They strengthened their composition skills, deciding on the focal point for their sun and arranging the rays accordingly before glueing them down.

There was the opportunity to evaluate their compositions and make changes before applying the glue to capture their sunshine permanently on the page, along with their vibrant, feel-good factor!
