An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Sutton Valence School hosted ten local prep schools who embarked on our slightly soggy pitches for the annual Prep Schools’ Rugby Festival. Despite the atrocious weather in the days leading up to the event, the pitches stood firm and allowed for some excellent rugby to be played. The spirit and endeavour shown by all teams and players were a credit to their respective schools. The Sutton Valence Prep School U10A Boys’ Team achieved 2nd place in Pool B, finishing the festival 7-2 against Dulwich Preparatory School.
