An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. On Saturday, Max Chapman (Third Form) attended the LERSA Race Series London and South East Regionals, achieving incredible first place in his U14 races.
Max won the U14 category for the whole summer dry slope season in the London and South East region. This is a great achievement, especially considering he was up against some racers who spend 15-20 weeks of the year on snow, training. Max is only in his first real season on the dry slope racing circuit, this winter progressing to the snow races and training.
The LERSA Race Series also have other awards of which Max took the Most Improved Skier for the region in all age groups. Congratulations Max!
