Nursery have had an extremely busy week! We have been learning all things winter! Little Steps children have created their own winter trees, bringing the outside in, and having nature at hand as well as creating their very own snowmen in a bottle!

The book the children have thoroughly enjoyed this week is ‘The Very Bouncy Bear’ written by Jack Tickle.

Pupils in Young Climbers have also created their own snowmen, using paint and cardboard to create their outlines, decorating them individually as they go. The children have also created their own snowflakes from lollypop sticks and their own winter trees from newspapers!

Next week, Nursery will continue with a winter theme with ice painting and creating their own winter bird feeders too! The colours of the week for next week are blue and white, and the letter of the week is E.
