In the glorious March sunshine, the daffodils, which had been planted by First Form students back in November (raising money and awareness for Sepsis Research FEAT), had bloomed beautifully. Mr Carr, Head of Juniors, was given the tough task of judging which house had planted the best display of daffodils. Congratulations to the winners, Founder’s!
Whilst the competition for best display was underway, our Second Form students were busy planting wildflower seeds on Prefects’ Lawn to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. The seeds were given to the School by the Historic Royal Palace and are the same mix that is planted around the mote of The Tower of London.
