An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. The girls regrouped fantastically for the game on Tuesday against Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School, taking a 2-0 lead into half time, following two goals from Captain Evie S (Fifth Form). After soaking up plenty of attacks in the second half and after an excellent reverse stick goal from Tess H (Fifth Form), the game finished 3-1 to SVS. The girls now move into the plate quarter finals.
