An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Last weekend, Isabelle Priestley (Second Form) took part in the Women’s Artistic British Gymnastics Championships at the Guildford Spectrum.
Competing with no expectations, due to months of unsettled training regimes and gym closures, Izzy went along to have fun and gain experience in the sport that she loves – gymnastics.
Her true dedication, resilience and positive attitude paid off as she came third in Great Britain on the Beam!
This is an outstanding achievement and we are all so proud of you Izzy – congratulations!
