All parents should have received a copy of their child’s ‘Green Final External Examination Timetable’ for May/June 2022. A second copy has been given to students via their tutors.
Some students have clashes, which have been resolved and are shown in red where these apply. If you lose a timetable, please note the details shown on iSAMs will not include the changes for clashes, so please email eastwoode@svs.org.uk for a second copy.
It is very important that students arrive in plenty of time (at least 20 minutes before the start time), and have all the equipment needed for that examination with them. Black pens and calculators are essential, as are pencils, rubbers, rulers, a protractor and a compass, all of which must be in a see-through pencil case. If a student has requested the use of a laptop for an examination, this will be provided by the School.
Mobile phones, watches, notes or any other electronic equipment are not permitted to enter the examination hall, and any breach will be reported to the Awarding Bodies.
A few additional notes for you to be aware of:
Should any student find themselves in the position where traffic or other travel arrangements are holding up transport causing lateness to their examination, or if they are unable to attend their examination due to illness, please call ahead to the School Reception and give details to be forwarded for Mrs Eastwood’s immediate attention. In the situation of lateness, continue to make your way to the examination venue. If unable to attend due to illness, a GP note will be required.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Examinations Department where Mrs Eastwood and Mrs Lawrence will be happy to help you.
