An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. In time honoured fashion, winning Houses were presented with their trophies by the youngest members of the SVS community. 🏃🏽♀️ https://t.co/5Ag0X9o3FF
Following the presentation by United World Schools in assembly before Half Term, the Juniors took part in a socially-distanced sponsored Musical Statues competition in support of the Hile School.
The music was performed by Wilfred Dickinson (Second Form) on the Trumpet and was conducted by Mr Horley.
They raised £111.45 for the Hile School in Nepal. Congratulations go to Logan Mortimer-Cooper (First Form) who was the competition winner.
