Two pupils represented the School in separate Equestrian events, last weekend.

Isabelle Hopkins, the newest member of the SVS equestrian team, competed at the Petley Wood Show Jumping Qualifier in East Sussex.  It was a fantastic debut for Isabelle and her horse, Buckley’s Royal Flyer, who came in second place in the 90cm and first place in the 1m.  Isabelle rode incredibly well and we look forward to seeing her compete again for the team.

Also, Imogen Trott competed in the Grassroots regional competition last weekend.  She missed out on the top spot in the first class as unfortunately her pony was spooked by the gallery, however, she still managed to achieve third place.  In the second class, she rode a very good round, coming ninth overall.  These were both excellent results as Imogen was competing in a large field of competitors.  Well done to both riders.
