An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Harvey Beaton, SVS’s 1st XV captain last year, has been annouced in the England U20 32-man squad, starting with the U20 Six Nations Championship next month. This means Harvey will also be a part of the U20 squad for this Summer’s World Rugby U20 Championship in Italy.
This is especially special as Harvey is currently an U19 player, so he has been selected a year early.
