An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Wednesday was an exciting day for Year 1 as they celebrated Egyptian Day! The children came dressed in incredible costumes, ready to explore the wonders of ancient Egypt.
Throughout the day, they took part in a variety of activities, including learning about the mummification process, decrypting coded messages, and even having the chance to mummify a classmate!
It was wonderful to see all the children see engaged and enjoying themselves as they immersed themselves in this fascinating part of history.
