On Thursday, the egg-citement mounted in the Library as the Headmaster drew the winning tickets for the Easter Egg raffle.
The winners were delighted with their prizes, the first prize being a large Lindt egg with a Lindt bunny and Lindt chocolates, won by Joshua Fawell (Lower Sixth). The second prize was a Lindt bunny and two boxes of Lindt chocolates won by Jasper Howell (Third Form). A delicious selection of chocolates donated by Derek Eagle of Haven Farm shop was the third prize and won by Charlotte Wellings (Lower Sixth). The fourth prize, a large Thorntons Easter egg donated by Morrisons, Maidstone, was won by Montgomery Tunnicliff (Second Form). The fifth prize was a selection of Cadbury creme eggs won by George Frow (First Form). Wian Botes (First Form) won a large Cadbury creme egg as the sixth prize, as did Montgomery Tunnicliff (Second Form) who won a second egg as the seventh prize. The eighth prize was a Smarties easter egg won by Evie Westlake (First Form).
All tickets were sold in aid of Sepsis Research FEAT, one of the school’s charities of the year and we raised a grand total of £96.
