At a time when we are all doing our part to stay isolated, it can often be the new quirky ways of performing old tasks that can seem the most challenging; a Chapel Choir rehearsal being one of them.

This week, our Music department embarked on their first virtual rehearsal to inject some music into the day. Using a combination of Zoom and Mr Horley’s accompaniment skills, members of the choir sang along to the piano, whilst following the music on the screen controlled by Mr Moulton. Whilst not the conventional way, students appeared to make the most of the opportunity to sing together and the Chapel Choir covered both Bob Chilcott’s Irish Blessing and Steven Paulus’ The Road Home.”
