Over the next two years, Westminster and St Margaret’s boarding houses will be extensively refurbished. Every area of both houses will receive a complete make-over with new decoration, furniture and soft furnishings in the bedrooms, enlivened communal areas and fresh new bathroom facilities. The work in St Margaret’s will start during the Easter holiday 2020 and is scheduled for completion by the start of September 2020. The Westminster refurbishment will follow a similar pattern in Summer 2021. Naturally, any disruption to the School or residents of the houses will be carefully controlled.
This is a very exciting project for the School and one that we are keen to share with parents. An example bedroom has been prepared in St Margaret’s and Housemaster Mr S Head would be pleased to show parents around on Saturday 29th February between 12.15pm and 2.00pm.
