On Monday 14^th March, we competed in the Ashford Prep School Cross Country competition. Despite being a dry afternoon, the course proved tricky, with some very muddy and wet patches in places. However, all our athletes performed superbly and there were some excellent results from a number of individual runners.

In the Year 3 Girls’ race, Amy J finished third, as did Ben L in the Year 3 Boys’ race. In the Year 4 Boys’ event, William W came in second place whilst in the Year 5 Boys’ race, SVPS dominated as Wilfred E-L finished second and Shan H flew across the finish line taking first place. The boys’ team were then crowned overall team winners and took home the trophy for the second time in as many years. Well done to all the runners on a fantastic afternoon out.
