Roars of laughter filled the classroom this week as Y6 learned to read, listen and respond to vocabulary about parts of the body. They used their Super Hoot Learning Powers of Observation, Bravery and Collaboration to rehearse the body parts, before learning the ordinarily simple song of ‘Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes’, only this time, they were challenged to learn it in Spanish!
They also did some brain training activities, such as the KIMS game, in which they were tasked with remembering and identifying the missing body part from a series of images. It was a pleasure to see the pupils attempting the activities and song with such positivity and gusto. Well done, Year 6!
