Nursery children have been extremely busy in the full force of winter! Jack Frost has been here this week, which the children have absolutely loved seeing each morning.

Children in Young Climbers have focused on finishing their beautiful art pieces, making snowflakes. They have explored winter mark-making with penguins and have learnt how different-sized cardboard can create different-sized circles, as well as exploring mixing winter colours. They have shown great interest in doctors and nurses this week. Therefore, this will be the focus for next week, with lots of exciting activities to look forward to.

Children in Little Steps have been creating their representations of bears from this week’s story, Bedtime for Little Bears. Next week, they will have one final week of winter-inspired activities.
