After securing a place with the National Youth Girls’ Choir last year and graduating in the summer, Georgina Godfrey (Fifth Form) auditioned for the National Youth Training Choir, which is the next level for ages 15 to 18.

We are delighted to share the news that, this week, we heard that she has been successful. Georgina will now sing with a mixed choir of around 150 students from all over the UK and attend up to two week-long residential courses during the year in Banbury and Uppingham. There she will be given an unbeatable opportunity to develop her vocal, musicianship, performance and recording skills to the highest level, as well as to sing in concert halls across the UK, including the Royal Albert Hall.
