On 21st November the Chamber Choir travelled to London to perform in the stunning St John’s Church, Hyde Park.  The Choir was taking part in the United Westminster and Greycoat Foundation Gala concert.  We sang four pieces: Ave Maria, Thou Knowest Lord, If Ye Love Me and finishing with The Heavens Are Telling.  A special mention must go to Honor Whitley for her exceptional solo performance of If I Loved You from Carousel.  The evening included many performances ranging from a unique oboe piece and a beautiful piano solo of Claire De Lune.  Massive thanks must go to Roy Blackwell for all that he has done for the Foundation and to Mr Grindlay and Mr Horley for allowing the members of the Chamber Choir to experience such a wonderful evening.
