We are delighted to announce that all students who applied to Oxford or Cambridge this year did well in their admissions tests and were invited to interview. Each of them is to be congratulated on their sterling efforts, having devoted many hours of independent study to their applications and preparatory work.
Given the scale of national and international competition for Oxbridge places, it is a huge achievement to get through to the interview stage. Their perseverance and energy throughout the process was laudable.
This week we received the excellent news that Lara Savage has been offered a place to read Veterinary Medicine at Jesus College, Cambridge and that Francis Romano is heading to Corpus Christi College, Cambridge to read Theology, Religion and Philosophy of Religion. Special congratulations must go to these two exceptional students who will no doubt thrive throughout their undergraduate years.
