An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. The Pre-Prep and Prep pupils attended an assembly held by the NSPCC on the topic ‘Speak out, stay safe.’
We were introduced to Buddy, the NSPCC mascot. Buddy is a speech bubble, who helps children understand the importance of ‘speaking out and staying safe’. The pupils learnt what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. They learnt that they can talk to an adult, whether it is their family, friends or teachers; we are all here to help.
