This week we decided to give the children still coming into a School their own team names. Inspired by ‘Superhoot’ the children decided they would like to be ‘The Owls’. The Pre-Prep children are now known as the Little Owls and the Prep children the Great Grey Owls. We are very proud of the way in which the children are working and playing together.

A lunchtime game of ‘manhunt’ on the playing field is now a firm favourite with the older children and the Pre-Prep children have spent many happy hours, during their playtimes, in the Secret garden or exploring one of our other outdoor learning areas.

This week, the children have been undertaking a special project which has involved preparing cards and banners for Mrs Leckie’s mother, who turns 99 years old today!
