It has been a busy few weeks in Science as the children have had lots of fun, completing their topics this half term.
Every now and again, we get to do something a little off-piste. Last week, whilst some of our Year 6 children were busy with important exams, a few children got to explore our topic ‘Light’ in greater depth. At one point it must have looked like we were having a disco! All the blinds were shut, the lights switched off and we experimented mixing different colours using filters. Not only did we manage to create a lovely rainbow, but we merged our different colours together and discovered it made white light. Magic!
Well done to all the Prep children for taking their topic quizzes on our School’s new Surface Go’s. It looks like the vast majority of our children had revised really well!
