On 27th October, the SVS Equestrian team took part in the Grass Roots Show Jumping Qualifier at Duckhurst Farm.

The team comprised of a mixture of Senior and Prep School pupils, including Imogen Trott (Third Form) and Ella Barr (Year 6) along with two new team members, Harriet Plummer (Year 6) and Amelia Plummer (Year 3).

In the 40-centimetre class, Imogen, Amelia and Harriet rode beautifully and were placed second overall.

In the individual classes; Amelia came first in the cross pole jumping and then rode double clear in the 40-centimetre class, Harriet came ninth place in the cross pole jumping and then another double clear in the 40-centimetre class, Imogen came fourth place in both the 40-centimetre and 50-centimetre class and Ella finished the day off on a high, achieving first place in the 75-centimetre class with a superb clear round.
