This week, our Lower Sixth Business students have been tasked with writing a script and then creating a short mock HR training video for an imagined company, designed to aid new recruits. 

The objective of the video was to train new HR apprentices to help them understand key aspects of approaches to staffing. This allowed the students to produce their own company and video on the subject of approaches to staffing whilst having fun. Everyone in the team was involved and contributed towards the video by either writing a script, designing a logo, or presenting the video.

This was a good exercise as it tested their communication skills and team working abilities.
