An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Reception has been introduced to weighing this week. They used items that were from Father Christmas’ supermarket list, but they were wrapped up which added to the excitement of it all!
RG had to use the two-pan scales to work out which items were heavier, lighter or weighed the same. In the end, they opened the presents which revealed that Father Christmas enjoys mince pies, hot chocolate, marshmallows and lots of other treats!
