Year 6 has been working on their leadership skills by planning an international sporting event. They worked in groups to come up with a series of events that could be carried out here and by students at our sister school, HIKSVS.

They created instructional videos and considered what resources they would need. They quickly realised it was very important to define ones goals and objectives. This then allowed them to shortlist their suggested events.

Over the next few weeks, Year 6 pupils will be finalising their plans for their Chinese counterparts, before carrying out the same events here. Will Hever have the day? Or will Rochester roar ahead? Bodiam could bag this one or Leeds could lead the way. Look out for an update later in the term.
