We were delighted to hear that Edward Smith (Third Form) took part in the KSSA Regatta on Saturday, the first serious event he’s been able to attend since early 2020, due to the pandemic. This was also the first event in which he sailed his new boat in the highly competitive Topper class.

Yachts and Yachting noted, “Chipstead SC fielded two super-sharp Topper sailors in Edward Smith and Alex Jeffrey who placed an impressive fourth and seventh overall by mixing it up with the Laser fleet!”.
