Miss Peart-Price’s Second Form Art students were busy sculpting their Tiki-inspired masks on Thursday afternoon. The students have been researching and analysing work from Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures. Tiki masks are normally carved from wood that represents deities or Gods.

All students have used their imagination and inspiration boards to create colourful and unique Tiki masks. The clay masks have been sculpted using their hands and clay tools, and colour has been added using acrylic paint. Miss Peart-Price was so impressed with the outcome, well done Second Form!
